employment law

Employees

Conroys will advise you in relation to any difficulties you are experiencing with your employer. Should it be necessary for a case to be taken to tribunal we will support you in bringing tribunal proceedings.

We will carefully explain to you what is involved and will ensure that you are given the best advice and support from your initial contact with Conroys to a successful conclusion.

Not all cases necessarily proceed to an employment tribunal. We can often advise you on the most cost effective, commercial and non contentious resolution to any difficulties you may be having with your employer.

Whether your case is being funded by you or you have the support of a Legal Expenses Insurer you will find our approach to costs is fair and transparent.

If you are funding the case yourself our rates are fair and competitive. We offer a range of options, including fixed fees, and conditional fee agreements, which may help you to meet your legal fees.

If you are being asked to enter into a settlement agreement to end your employment on terms, we can usually negotiate that all, or a substantial proportion of your fees are paid by your employer.

We will undertake to provide you with clear, straight forward advice and a professional and caring service.

If you are having difficulty with your employer and feel that you have been treated unfairly, or that you are being discriminated against, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

This estimate is an average price based on recent instructions; the actual cost to you will depend on a number of factors which we will discuss with you if you decide to instruct us.
  • The charge is based on an average of our usual hourly charging-rates of between £125.00 to £175.00 per hour.
